CONNECT is pleased to join the members of the NYC Clergy Roundtable along with the NYC Faith-Based Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence for the first citywide faith led conference: A Call to Action! Combating Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence in New York City.

“Domestic Violence: A New York City Perspective” will take place from 10:00am - 11:15 AM.


CONNECT Co-Executive Director, Sally MacNichol will be leading the session entitled “Domestic Violence: A New York City Perspective” which will take place from 11:30am - 12:30pm.  The panel will be opened up by Commissioner Rose Pierre-Louis, NYC Mayor Office to Combat Domestic Violence, and it will include Joyce Smith, NYC Family Justice Center Bronx; and Brian Martin, Children of Domestic Violence.

The NYC Clergy Women’s Conference 2014 focuses on the faith community taking the lead to end trafficking and domestic violence in NYC and on the #NotOnMyWatch movement. A myriad of speakers from government, service providers, survivors and more will be participating in the conference.
