CONNECT’s Co-Executive Director, Quentin Walcott will be facilitating a workshop using the film “Secret Survivors: Using Theater to Break the Silence” as part of the United Nation’s Commission on the Status of Women (UN CSW) series of events being held in honor of International Women’s Day during March.

The film Secret Survivors: Using Theater to Break the Silence has been used as a tool for initiating and facilitating discussion on child sexual abuse in communities. Workshop participants will explore the tools for prevention and for supporting those who have experienced this type of abuse.
