Come and Practice yoga in a welcoming safe space. All levels are welcome, especially beginners! Experience this yoga at your own pace. Meditation, essential oils, Tibetan sound bowls and glorious silence will be offered. Please dress comfortably, and bring your mat (if you have one) and any props that you use such as blocks, belts and blankets.
