Special Women’s Yoga Workshop w/ DK Dyson

Intimate Partner violence comes in many forms including Spiritual , Mental & Physical among many other forms . We’ll discuss & experience how this very specialized Trauma impacts our every living moments, how it’s stored in our bodies & how yoga can deeply help release it over time.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing & bring any yoga props you may need including : yoga mat, belt, blocks, pillows, blankets , eye pillows or washcloths. Please have a chair couch or bed to rest legs up on at the conclusion of class. All levels welcome
