Nefertiti Bridges

Nefertiti works for CONNECT’s Legal Advocacy Program and advocates for survivors of domestic violence, providing one-on-one client service. As a facilitator of the Legal Advocacy Helpline, she provides pertinent information and referrals to survivors of domestic violence, as well as services providers, attorneys and other callers. In addition, she provides clients with immigration assistance, crisis counseling, long-term supportive services, benefits, and attorney-supervised legal advocacy.  Nefertiti is also currently the co-facilitator of CONNECT’s Young Women’s Discovery Circle. She has facilitated domestic violence workshops at community-based organizations throughout NYC. Nefertiti is a creative spirit who was proudly born and raised in New York City.  Nefertiti is proud to be a part of the CONNECT team and the movement to eradicate violence.She is fluent in English and Spanish.
