Rhonda Otten, CPA joined the CONNECT executive team in April 2016. She is responsible for leading and developing the resources to support the following areas: finance and accounting, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT. Previously, she was the Grants & Fiscal Manager. With 20+ years of accounting and finance experience, she has supported institutions such as Columbia University, Open Society Institute and Catholic Charities. Rhonda earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. As an ordained Interfaith Minister, Rhonda’s ministry work, life’s calling and personal passion is to support, encourage and to be of service to women-of-color and girls in the New York City Tri-state area.
